In the autumn of 2021 we started using our new Wexford sand gallop, which is something we had wanted to add to our range of facilities for some time. It has quickly become a key part of our training regime, helping the horses to build up strength and stamina. By running steadily in both directions, we can work the horses more intensely than before and then top up their fitness levels with faster work on the all-weather gallop.
