Get With It and Sedgefield

Updated: Mar 6

******* Just a quick update on GET WITH IT after his fall at Doncaster yesterday. He got a bit winded and took a little while to get up, but was back home last night and is fine this morning. He was running a decent race until the point he came down so we'll give him a little bit of time before getting him going again.

ESPOIR MORIVIERE (2.55) goes to Sedgefield on Sunday after a bit of a break. He’s in good order and we think he’s on a competitive mark. Hopefully we’ve got him fit enough and won’t need the run, but he’s been working well at home and should be competitive.

The photo above is him and Get With It heading back from a schooling session on Thursday.

It was frustrating to see Slanelough fall last weekend, he’s got a few entries but he’s still a little bit sore from it still so we’ll wait and see where he turns up next. He’s absolutely fine, but we’ll most likely give him a little bit longer before going again.

We were delighted with Shanbally Rose at Musselburgh on Wednesday, she ran a fantastic race. She scoped dirty after Ayr last time so there was a reason for being below-par there. I was thrilled with the way she travelled this time and she looks like a mare we’ll have a bit of fun with in the months ahead.

It was great to get a winner for mum and dad with Do Not Disturb at Ayr and that’s him qualified for the final at Carlisle later this month. That’s a great target to have and we’ll get him ready to have a crack at it.
